AMENDED CONDITIONS
(a). The Church Missionary Society to surrender to Gover
(b).
free of cost, within two years from the date of notification
by the Director of Public Works that the new area in West
End Park is at their disposal, the R.P. of I.L. 1096.
The Government to grant the Church Missionary Society the
area coloured red on the enclosed plan containing about
29,462 square feet.
(c). The term of lease for the new area to be 75 years, commen-
-cing from the date mentioned in (a), with the option of
renewal at a Crown rent to be fixed by the Surveyor of His
Majesty the King for one further term of 75 years.
(a). Premium Fil.
(*). Crown Rent to be paid for the entire area at the rate of
$200.00 per acre per annum. Such rent to commence from the
date of surrender of the R.P. of Inland Lot 1096, but, in
any case not later than two years from the date mentioned
in (a).
Crown Rent in respect of the R.P. of Inland Lot
1096 to cease from the date of surrender.
(f). The new area not to be used for any other purpose than that
of a day or boarding-school conducted by the Church Mission- -ary Society without the consent of the Governor-in-Council.
In the event of its ceasing to be so used, the area to revert
unconditionally to Government.

The Church Missionary Society to be at liberty to remove the
building, which exists on the Remaining Portion of Inland Lot 1096, provided such removal be effected before the date
of surrender of the Remaining Portion of Inland Lot 1096 or,
in any case, not later than two years from the date mentioned
in (a).
Retaining walls to be constructed by the Church Missionary Society, where necessary, to prevent landelipe in the event
of any excavation being carried out in order to level the
area
